Workshop on BC1 submission through SBPS was conducted for 24 budgetary units (25th to 27th April)!
The workshop was planned based on the annual work plan of Directorate General Budget before the beginning of fiscal year. It was conducted on 5th, 6th and 7thof Sawar 1394, in conference hall of DGB with technical assistance of MBAW Project.
The employees of MoI, MoD, MoFA, IDLG, administrative affair, IARCSC, MOJ, and IEC, attended workshop on 5th Sawar MoHE, MoE, MoIC, MoCIT, MoEW, MoPW, MoUD and MOM, attended the workshop on 6th Sawar, and the employees of MOPH, MRRD, MAIL, MOF, MoEc, MoWA, MoLSAMD, and CSO attended on 7th Sawar 1394.
The program started with recitation of some verses from Holy Quran by Shamsurahman Babakarkhail and Inauguration speech by Ziaurahman Halimi Director General Budget.
Following explanation and general information about SBPS, usage of the system, Data Entry, comparison with BC1 spreadsheet and preparing reports from the system were presented to the participants by “Mohammad Saleem Kashaf” ICT Manager of DGB.
The workshop started at 9:00 AM and continued till 3:00 PM. At the end of the program after evaluation of participants, certificates were issued to them by Director General Budget and Information Technology and Database Unit staff.
In order to further support system utilization in Budgetary Units; video tutorials, user guides and some other training materials were also distributed to the participants.
