Budget Circular 2 is a key step in the budget preparation process in over all budgetary units. For FY 1395 budget preparation, the budget circular 2 was issued on July 27th 2015 by Ministry of Finance to all the budgetary. Budget Circular 2 is an important tool for Ministry of Finance for the interpretation of financial policies to the LMs. Every year the changes in PFM areas whether the changes are minor or major all are amalgamated in circulars.
Budget Reform Unit carried out the trainings for the line ministries and budgetary units in order to increase the efficiency and quality of the BC2 submissions from the LMs and thus obtain a precise and validly cost budget by programs.
Budget Circular 2 Training;
Budget Reform Unit conducted the BC2 training for all 63 ministries/budgetary units on Aug 01-02, 2015 in two sessions in MoF Khaibar Hall conferences room.
